Hi, I’m Kira.
I’m a licensed therapist offering online therapy throughout Washington State.
I’ve been in practice since 2017, helping people struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, addiction and stress. My clients are often thoughtful, capable people who know how to hold everything together for everyone else, but have lost touch with their own needs.
In our work together, you don’t have to hold it all alone. We’ll slow down, make sense of what’s happening below the surface, and begin to rebuild a sense of peace and connection that lasts.
My approach
I believe that healing starts with curiosity and compassion instead of pressure to change overnight.
My style is warm, down to earth, and collaborative. I draw from several evidence based methods, including:
IFS (Internal Family Systems) to help you connect with and understand different parts of yourself.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to identify patterns of thought and behavior that no longer work for you.
Somatic Work to tune in to what your body is communicating, and release tension that words can’t always reach.
Attachment-focused therapy to explore how early relationships shape the ways you connect and help you feel more safe and confident in relationships today.
